How The Type Soul Culling Games Work
Culling Games takes inspiration from JJK, but with a few twists.
During this faction-based game found via matchmaking, each player must cull others to accumulate points for their team. It’s a PvE-styled match-up, so you’re also able to take down teammates to get points, though this also makes it harder to survive against opposing factions in the long run.
When the timer expires, the faction with the most points wins, and each surviving participant gains rewards.
Currently, Culling Games isn’t very balanced, and matches often begin with unfair team compositions. Sometimes, games have more of one race than another, giving them a huge advantage. For example: 5x Soul Reapers, 2x Quincies, and 2x Arrancars. Etc.
Culling Games Shop
During the Culling Games, players get access to a unique shop that helps them secure the win. Each valuable item within this store costs points, this game’s currency.
- Reveal Enemies: 1 Point
- Temporary Speed Boost: 1 Point
- Temporary DMG Buff: 2 Points
- HP Replenishment: 2 Points
- Shuffle the Map: 3 Points
- AoE Healing: 3 Points
- Gain Mode: 4 Points
- Revive a Teammate: 4 Points
- Smite an Opponent: 4 Points
- Fully Charge Mode: 7 Points
Culling Games Rewards
After winning the Culling Games, you’re in for a chance to gain several prestige items, including:
- Yhwach Blood
- Hogyoku Ball
- True Hogyoku
- Essences
- Elixirs
This is an incomplete list currently, as Culling Games is a little buggy, and rewards don’t always drop even if you win. Therefore, it’s difficult to determine what is obtainable in a broken game mode.
