The game was released on mobile and PC in November 2024. That was one year ago. Now, King Arthur: Legends Rise has announced its EOS. The legendary journey set in Britain is coming to an end!
When is the King Arthur: Legends Rise EOS?
The devs confirmed that the game’s service will officially terminate on March 12th, 2026, at 02:00 pm UTC. Monetisation will be unavailable, too, as payment and in-app purchases will be disabled on December 9th, 2025, at 03:38 pm UTC.
Even after the EOS, the official community spaces of King Arthur: Legends Rise will be active for a bit longer. Discord and other SNS pages will close on June 13th, 2026. The devs will share the details regarding the schedule and method for service termination refunds in a future notice.
Unfortunately, King Arthur: Legends Rise was one of the good games by Netmarble. The game showed promise during early access. But once it dropped, several features were being simplified or removed.
The game’s character designs and polished Unreal Engine visuals stood out despite its grind-heavy systems. Repetition was a common complaint, with little variety beyond running the same activities. Also, free-to-play players often struggled to progress.
As for the game, let me give you a quick lowdown on it. The strategic turn-based RPG is set in a historical era. War between the gods and mankind rages across Britain. Arthur, drawn to the blade Excalibur, makes a dark pact with Caliburn, the dragon trapped within the sword.
