One-Punch Man anime has revealed that Season 3 will not conclude with its currently airing storyline. The team has announced that the second part is scheduled to broadcast in Japan in 2027. The announcement accompanies a special teaser trailer and teaser art, giving us an early look at what lies ahead in Season 3 Part 2 of the TV anime.

The first part of Season 3 concluded with the end of the battle between Saitama and Monster King Orochi. Now, teaser material for the upcoming episodes points toward an impending clash between Saitama and Garou. The teaser video also hints at this fight.
Earlier promotional imagery for the third season showed Saitama and Garou standing back to back. While the new material suggests that the two characters will finally face each other directly in One-Punch Man Season 3 Part 2.

Shinpei Nagai from animation studio J.C.STAFF will direct the second part of Season 3. The production staff also includes Tomohiro Suzuki handling series composition and character designs by Chikashi Kubota, Shinjirou Kuroda, and Ryosuke Shirakawa. Music will be composed by Makoto Miyazaki. It’s the same creative lineup from the first part of Season 3.
A bit of background
One-Punch Man began as a self-published web manga created by ONE in 2009. It later evolved into a professionally serialised manga written by ONE and illustrated by Yusuke Murata in 2012. The manga runs in Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump publication, while VIZ Media publishes an English-language version for international readers.
The anime adaptation continues to draw from the source material. Expanding the story of its unconventional superhero into multiple television seasons, the series first aired in Japan in October 2015. You can learn more about the anime on the official website.
