After teasing the crossover during the Version 2.3 anniversary livestream, Kuro Games has finally revealed more details on the Wuthering Waves x Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration. The collab is set for June 2026, probably alongside Wuthering Waves Version 3.4 on June 8th, 2026.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is a cyberpunk original net animated miniseries with neon-heavy visuals, emotional storytelling, violent action, and a very chaotic sci-fi atmosphere. It first aired in September 2022, and the creators are Rafal Jaki and Mike Pondsmith.

The trailer for Wuthering Waves x Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is out!

Yes, Lucy and Rebecca are both joining Wuthering Waves as collaboration-exclusive 5-Star Resonators. Lucy gets her own limited collaboration banner. Her reveal leaned heavily into the darker tone of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Her design stays very close to the anime version.

Meanwhile, you’ll be able to claim Rebecca completely free during the event. Rebecca has remained one of the most popular characters from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners ever since the anime originally released.

Even though Lucy and Rebecca are currently the only officially confirmed playable crossover characters, another familiar face is hidden inside the trailer. Did you spot him? It’s David Martinez!

He shows up briefly wearing his usual yellow jacket while looking toward Solaris inside the Wuthering Waves universe. But as of now, Kuro hasn’t revealed if he, too, will be part of the crossover as a playable character.

Everyone’s excited for this crossover!

Kuro Games has already handled major collabs through Punishing: Gray Raven and Devil May Cry. So, this collab in Version 3.4 could also include weapons, cosmetics, exclusive story chapters, gameplay modes, and rewards themed specifically after Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

For now, gameplay specifics are still a secret. Until we get more details on it, you can check out Wuthering Waves on Steam for PC. It’s also available on the Google Play Store for Android and the App Store for iOS.
