An Observation Log of My Fiancée Who Calls Herself a Villainess anime continues its steady rollout of updates. The upcoming television adaptation of Shiki’s fantasy-romance light novel series has dropped its sixth casting announcement with a new character trailer.

The latest trailer confirms three additional voice actors. Atsushi Tamaru, known for playing Mochizo Oji in Tamako Market, will voice Zeno. Seiichiro Yamashita, whose previous work includes Shadow in The Eminence in Shadow, takes on the role of Courtgain.
Lastly, Akari Kito, who portrayed Nezuko Kamado in Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba, will voice Kuro. The new sixth character trailer highlights Zeno, Courtgain, and Kuro, giving us a look at the expanding ensemble ahead of broadcast. Watch it right here!
In the story, Zeno is a spirit who serves Cecil. Courtgain is a young man whose fate was dramatically altered by Bertia. After being adopted by a nobleman, he goes on to work as Cecil’s loyal subordinate. Kuro, meanwhile, is the black fox who constantly accompanies Bertia. A dark spirit, Kuro, occasionally assumes the appearance of a young maid.
Apart from the new additions, the voice cast features Yusuke Kobayashi as Cecil Glow Alphastar and Miyu Tomita as Bertia Evil Noches. Yume Miyamoto voices Heronia Inderon. Ayumu Murase plays Sean Turcoin Alphastar, Ayaka Ohashi voices Joanna Kelzwarren, and Shun Horie takes on Nert Crumb.
Where does the anime air?
The anime will air on TOKYO MX every Monday from 10:00 pm starting April 6th, 2026. BS11 and Sun TV will broadcast it every Monday from 12:00 am starting April 6th.
